Join Advocates and other human service agencies at the Natick High School for their annual Transition Roundtable Fair to learn about the services available to you and your loved ones as they embark on their transition journey. A panel discussion will take place in the auditorium followed by agency booth breakouts in the library. No registration is necessary for this event.
